Copy Screen to Clipboard

Dumps a bitmap of the screen to the windows clipboard. This image can be pasted into other applications.

Since normally the screen background is black and element outlines are white, the user may want to select

File > Output > Copy Screen (B&W flipped)

to exchange these two colours.
